Are all pieces made in the USA?
Our factory is located in Queens, NY and all pieces are manufactured, inspected and shipped from this facility.
How long before my order is shipped?
You can expect your order to ship within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Custom pieces and volume orders may require more time, please speak with your sales representative for a more accurate ETA.
Are orders shipped internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.
Are custom orders accepted?

Are items sold to wholesalers?
Yes, we offer wholesalers volume pricing. Customer must order our minimums and must meet our credit criteria.
